Job Description

We’re recruiting for aFuture Talent Recruitment Advisor on a 12 months FTCto join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. Collectively you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting our Future Talent cohorts of Apprentices, Graduates and Interns. You will partner with the Future Talent Development, HR Business Partner teams and our Business to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience for our candidates, always striving for innovation and continuous improvement in the work you do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering the end-to-end Future Talent Recruitment campaigns for Graduate, Apprentice and Intern roles including managing candidate pipelines, shortlisting candidates, coordinating and hosting assessment centres. Delivering stakeholder briefings, training, support and wash-ups.
  • Working with the Future Talent coordinator to ensure assessment centres are appropriately planned, staffed and delivered
  • Partnering with stakeholders including our business areas and HR colleagues, advising on how to optimise Future Talent programmes
  • Providing accurate programme updates to our stakeholders, promoting Future Talent programmes internally and externally
  • Programme designing of Future Talent Internships with your business areas, ensuring an enriching experience is delivered. Working with stakeholders to convert Interns to Graduates where appropriate
  • Onboarding and inducting all new joiners into the business and ensuring that all processes are seamless e.g. IT, screening
  • Supporting the Summer Internship and Graduate & Apprentice Inductions
  • Conducting end of campaign reviews – using recruitment data to inform future decisions on the delivery of the recruitment campaign
  • Providing support and guidance to managers on their responsibilities in the build up to start dates and insights on the Future Talent landscape
  • Management of Application Tracking System processes, liaise with functional engineer for any changes or enhancements to our requirements
  • Ownership of Future Talent candidate talent pools and candidate ‘keep warm’ approach
  • Responsible for the development of university and school leaver attraction approach, including management of attraction suppliers, ensuring inclusion is embedded.
  • Staying abreast of Future Talent market trends

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Future Talent related background is preferred but not essential, or an interest in talent solutions
  • Financial services experience or similar essential
  • Strong communication skills, with proven stakeholder management skills, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • A proactive approach to workload, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and subsequently delivering
