We’re looking for a Workflow Optimisation & Performance Analyst to join our Operational Planning team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving how work flows across the business, ensuring workloads are visible, well managed and supported by robust data and systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency, consistency and best practice, helping teams deliver an excellent service for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing workflow systems and processes
  • Creating daily performance reporting and delivering ad‑hoc analysis
  • Providing insightful analysis using workflow and performance data
  • Testing workflow systems and escalating issues where required
  • Managing and balancing multiple workloads across sites and business functions
  • Delivering automation, standardisation and best practice across operations
  • Supporting the collection of accurate workload and volume data
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience using workflow management systems such as Verint Work Manager or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence using common Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
  • Understanding of how work flows through operational or back‑office environments
  • Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
