We’re looking for a Management Information Analyst to join our Retail Annuities team, supporting how data is used to drive decisions across the business. This is a hands‑on, technical role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality management information to business stakeholders
- Writing SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources
- Building and maintaining datasets from scratch
- Translating stakeholder requirements into data solutions
- Producing analysis to support pricing, sales, and operational decisions
- Improving reporting processes and data quality
- Working across teams to understand and solve data challenges
- Supporting both BAU reporting and project‑based work
Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Advanced Excel capability including pivot tables and lookups
- Experience building datasets and transforming data
- Proven experience delivering MI or reporting outputs
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Confident stakeholder communicator
- Experience with BI tools or Snowflake (nice to have)
