We’re looking for a talented and data‑driven Digital Analyst specialising in Insights to join our Optimisation and Analytics team within Partnerships. If you’re passionate about uncovering insights from data and want to shape exceptional customer outcomes through optimisation initiatives, this is your opportunity to have meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll leverage data to generate valuable insight while applying strong problem‑solving skills to identify high‑impact opportunities. You’ll work with teams across the business to deliver customer‑centric improvements to digital journeys, helping to drive measurable improvements in performance and user experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering insight deep dives and data‑driven recommendations to improving key business KPIs
- Supporting the full lifecycle of insight projects from initial requirements through to delivery, managing stakeholders throughout
- Producing dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis while ensuring consistent, robust, and efficient measurement approaches
- Supporting trading forums with performance insight and relevant updates
- Investigating digital performance issues and supporting resolution activities to minimise customer and commercial risk
- Identifying opportunities to improving customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty standards
- Supporting A/B testing and experimentation to ensuring maximum insight is gained from all activity
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the digital estate, customer journeys, and measurement strategy to inform recommendations
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience working with A/B testing and experimentation tools and applying statistical thinking (e.g. Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimisely, VWO)
- Knowledge of session replay, heatmaps, and form analytics (Glassbox, SessionCam, HotJar, Decibel, FullStory)
- Familiarity with customer feedback and usability testing tools and approaches (Qualtrics, Qualaroo, Usabilla, UserTesting, UserZoom)
- Some experience with Python or similar for data manipulation would be advantageous
- Understanding of web technologies including tag management, data layers, and content management systems
- Strong communication and data visualisation skills, with the ability to present insight clearly to a range of stakeholders
- A collaborative approach, with strong relationship‑building skills and the confidence to act as a subject matter expert in digital analytics
