Southwark Law Centre is looking for a public law solicitor to undertake complex public law casework and help supervise and develop public law work across the Law Centre. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload, including judicial review proceedings, and act as a Legal Aid Agency supervisor for their Public Law contract. They will provide casework supervision and technical support to colleagues, help identify potential public law challenges across their practice areas, and contribute to the quality and development of their public law work.
Southwark Law Centre provides specialist legal advice and representation to individuals and communities across a range of social welfare law. Their public law work includes complex judicial review and other public law challenges, including cases arising from immigration and asylum matters and across the Law Centre’s wider areas of practice.
