The Role Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Deliver practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
Work closely with colleagues across the wider Residential Property department.
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

You Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
Ideally 5+ years’ Residential Property experience.
Confident running your own caseload independently.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
