Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our APAC sales team, managing a team of five.
This role is primarily a people‑leadership position, not purely an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the APAC sales function.
Drive performance and accountability among the existing team and future hires.

Qualifications Demonstrable sales management experience in a B2B setting.
Strong people‑leadership skills and experience managing teams through periods of change.
Professional services sales background.
Extensive B2B sales experience as an individual contributor.
Credibility to manage experienced, high‑performing salespeople.
Preferred Skills Experience selling B2B services/products into the APAC market, particularly in the professional services segment.
