The Opportunity
We are hiring a Front End Engineer to play a key role in shaping the user experience across our product suite. You will build intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex applications used by regulated financial institutions. You will work with the latest development tooling, including AI-assisted workflows e.g. Claude to enhance productivity and code quality. We actively encourage modern engineering practices and intelligent automation, with a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building high-quality front-end features using React and TypeScript
- Creating intuitive UX for complex workflows
- Developing reusable components and design patterns
- Collaborating with Product and Design teams
- Integrating with REST APIs
- Ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Writing front-end tests
- Contributing to front-end standards and architecture
Tech Stack
- Front-End: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Back-End: .NET, C#, REST APIs
- Infrastructure: Azure hosting and DevOps, CI/CD
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in front-end development preferred. However, we welcome strong candidates with less experience who can demonstrate high potential and capacity for rapid growth
- Strong React and TypeScript skills
- Experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrating APIs
- Understanding of modern front-end architecture
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ideally, experience in fintech or regulated industries
