We are hiring a recent graduate who lives and breathes AI creative tools. Our agency works with ecommerce brands to launch and scale paid ad campaigns. We are looking for someone who can own the creative delivery process end-to-end using AI - from concept to final assets. If you are obsessed with AI design, AI video, and building high-converting ad creatives, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Handling creative production for client campaigns using AI tools, including:
- Creating AI-generated ad creatives (images, carousels, hooks, variations)
- Producing short-form AI videos using platforms like Sora, Runway, and similar tools
- Designing static and motion graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
- Using AI image platforms such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly
- Turning campaign briefs into full creative asset packages
- Producing multiple variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)
- Working closely with media buyers to improve performance based on data

Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (Design, Marketing, Media, or related field)
- Extremely comfortable using AI creative tools daily
- Strong understanding of paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Fast executor who can produce high volumes of creative
- Organized and able to manage multiple brand campaigns
- Portfolio that demonstrates AI-driven work
You should be someone who experiments constantly, learns new AI tools quickly, and is excited about building campaigns at speed.
