The Clinical Team Leader will design and supervise a safe environment and positive treatment program within Essex County and the surrounding areas. Establish and maintain a positive, strength-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting all administrative, legal, and program specific requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including but not limited to OOL, DCP&P, and COA.
  • Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a youth’s clinical treatment program along with other individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with other treatment team members.
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing clinical social work/counseling services including psychotherapy to consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified supervisor.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with required in-community responsibilities. Hours: Full Time, flexible. This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes:
