We are working on behalf of a major infrastructure partnership in central London to find a proactive Community Hub Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to support the day-to-day running of a high-profile community hub at the heart of one of London’s most exciting regeneration areas. Key Responsibilities: * Provide admin support for the daily coordination of community hub activities * Prepare meeting papers, minutes, and briefing packs, and follow up on action points * Support with budget tracking and general hub operations * Help manage small-scale community projects and engagement events * Maintain accurate records and reports, including monitoring social value activities * Ensure all work aligns with Equality, Diversity & Inclusion principles What We’re Looking For: * Strong IT skills (MS Office essential) * Great organisational and time management abilities * Confident preparing documentation * Some project coordination experience * Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders * Flexible approach Desirable: * Experience supporting stakeholders or working in a community engagement setting * Familiarity with running a public-facing hub or facility This role is ideal for someone looking to make a difference in the local community while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. This role will be based in the office 5 days a week and there is a requirement to work 3 times a week from 11am -7pm and 2 times a week from 10am -6pm
