Multi Skilled Trades person (Immeadiate start)

You must have multitrade experience

Salary: 150- 250 per day (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced multi skilled tradsesman to join a well established Construction company

Our client specialises in live environments, such as refurbishments in all sectors of the building industry

Looking for an experienced multi skilled construction worker

Essential Skills:

• Multi trade experience essential
• Must have proven track record to deliver high quality builds and have a good knowledge of construction and regulations.
• Own vechicle and tools
• Capentry /Joinery
• Tiling
• Bathroom fitting
• Plastering
• Quality workmanship essential
• Must be willing to travel as we have jobs all over, however we have a lot of work in Birmingham and Midlands

Jobs would include:

• Kitchen fitting
• Bathroom fitting – tiling and fitting bathroom items
• Joinery/carpentry
• Problem solving
• Good customer service
• Candidate must be punctual, trustworthy, motivated and can work on own initiative and work to a high standard
• Drivers license with van and tools preferable.
• Must be CIS registered.
• building: 5 years (preferred)
• Licence/Certification:
• CSCS (preferred)
• Ability to commute
