Multi Skilled Trades person (Immeadiate start) You must have multitrade experience Salary: £150-£250 per day (depending on experience) An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced multi skilled tradsesman to join a well established Construction company Our client specialises in live environments, such as refurbishments in all sectors of the building industry Looking for an experienced multi skilled construction worker Essential Skills: * Multi trade experience essential * Must have proven track record to deliver high quality builds and have a good knowledge of construction and regulations. * Own vechicle and tools * Capentry /Joinery * Tiling * Bathroom fitting * Plastering * Quality workmanship essential * Must be willing to travel as we have jobs all over, however we have a lot of work in Birmingham and Midlands Jobs would include: * Kitchen fitting * Bathroom fitting – tiling and fitting bathroom items * Joinery/carpentry * Problem solving * Good customer service * Candidate must be punctual, trustworthy, motivated and can work on own initiative and work to a high standard * Drivers license with van and tools preferable. * Must be CIS registered. * building: 5 years (preferred) * Licence/Certification: * CSCS (preferred) * Ability to commute
