We are currently recruiting for a Hybrid or Distance learning Functional Skills Tutors to Deliver English and Maths and Personal Development, this role is flexible and remote working. There may be a small element of classroom delivery at Employer or Training sites. Location: Birmingham Your Responsibilities As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will: • Develop and deliver engaging education programs that meet learner needs who are employed or unemployed • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals • Support learners to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential About You To be successful in this role, you will need: • A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification • A track record of effective teaching in your subject specialism • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A commitment to ongoing professional development Requirements • Be proficient in Delivering Maths and English • Assessor Award (e.g., CAVA, TAQA) desirable • Experience in delivering Functional Skills and Learning Support.
