What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and interpret data using software like Cosworth, MoTeC, or Atlas to maximize race performance.
- Work with Toyota Race Development simulation programs to optimize vehicle performance.
- Utilize Python for data processing and performance modeling.
- Provide insights into race strategy situations to enhance competitive advantage using AI backed tools.
- Travel with the team to races and tests, ensuring real-time performance optimization.
- Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced racing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in motorsports engineering.
- Proficiency in data acquisition analysis software (Cosworth, MoTeC, Atlas, etc.).
- Understanding of vehicle dynamics & motorsports simulation tools.
- Coding familiarity in Python for data analysis & automation.
- Experience working with race engineers and drivers to translate data into results.
- Experience with race strategy development & in-race decision-making.
