What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and interpret data using software like Cosworth, MoTeC, or Atlas to maximize race performance.
  • Work with Toyota Race Development simulation programs to optimize vehicle performance.
  • Utilize Python for data processing and performance modeling.
  • Provide insights into race strategy situations to enhance competitive advantage using AI backed tools.
  • Travel with the team to races and tests, ensuring real-time performance optimization.
  • Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced racing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in motorsports engineering.
  • Proficiency in data acquisition analysis software (Cosworth, MoTeC, Atlas, etc.).
  • Understanding of vehicle dynamics & motorsports simulation tools.
  • Coding familiarity in Python for data analysis & automation.
  • Experience working with race engineers and drivers to translate data into results.
  • Experience with race strategy development & in-race decision-making.
  • A passion for motorsports, willingness to travel, and a strong work ethic.
