This role will be based in the Woking offices. This role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home).
We are currently recruiting for a People & Culture Advisor to join a luxury and renowned brand. This will be a 1 year FTC working closely with the Commercial and International team.
Some responsibilities:
- Deliver training and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, in collaboration with Learning and Development.
- Proactively identify HR risks and issues, escalating and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective solutions.
- Seek opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the People function, challenging convention to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Lead and resolve all employee relations matters as the first line (disciplinary, grievance, attendance, probation) in line with company policies and employment law, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on complex cases.
- Provide accurate, commercially aware employment law advice and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
About you:
- Proven experience supporting employees in a professional environment, ideally handling a high volume of complex employee relations cases.
- International experience in human resources.
- Strong understanding of generalist HR operations, including employee relations and recruitment.
- Ability to provide solutions-focused HR advice grounded in sound knowledge of employment law, best practice, and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of ER issues and navigating performance management procedures effectively.
