A well respected Fashion Brand are recruiting for a Talent Advisor / Coordinator to undertake a 6 month FTC. You will be reporting to the Senior Talent Manager, and the role will be hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment and undertaking all administration from uploading job specs through to organising interviews.
- Sourcing Talent and utilising a variety of sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
- Innovative Strategies and continuously brainstorm and implement new ways to attract external candidates.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Be a brand Ambassador in order to promote Brand values.
- Technology - utilising recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in candidate tracking.
- Candidate Assessment.
- Partnership Building - building strong relationships with hiring managers and the Talent Manager.
Experience:
- Able to undertake a 6 month FTC.
- Proven internal recruitment experience is essential.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage talent effectively.
- Proactive Attitude: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a people-first approach, ensuring positive interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
