What You'll Do
Lead and support job evaluation, job levelling and role design activities.
Maintain and enhance job architecture, career pathways and role profiles.
Deliver market benchmarking and salary analysis using external reward data.
Support the design and governance of pay structures and reward frameworks.
Provide insights on pay equity, market competitiveness and reward effectiveness.
Partner with People teams and business leaders to drive better reward decisions.
Contribute to compensation reviews, reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Total Reward, Compensation, Reward Analytics or Job Architecture.
Strong market benchmarking and salary analysis capability.
Knowledge of job evaluation and pay framework design.
Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts simply.
Experience using market survey providers such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW or Radford is advantageous.
