We are recruiting for an intelligent, self-motivated Stock & Inventory Specialist to join a luxury retail brand in their West London showroom. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already working in a similar role and has a background in retail and stock/inventory management.

Role And Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for a showroom environment that is constantly changing.
  • Work with merchandise and a retail space that changes weekly.
  • Report to the Account Manager and work closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure the showroom remains in pristine condition throughout the set up and sale.
  • Accept deliveries and ensure stock accuracy through regular inventories.
  • Responsible for weekly stock positions, reconciliations and ageing.
  • Manage regular cycle counts, follow up on any discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock, incorrect or misplaced stock.
  • Action stock loss reports and keep the account manager informed.
  • Sign off Goods In and Dispatch slips.
  • Organise vans, and stock delivery schedules to be loaded on vans.
  • Receive stock check quantity, description price of the order are correct.
  • Pick and prepare orders for dispatch/delivery.
  • Communicate with floor manager to improve sell-throughs.
  • Investigate and perform detailed analysis of stock take results.
  • Manage the RTV process and ensure all returned stock is correctly located and processed.
  • Manage zoning/merchandising and product replenishment.
  • Manage product pricing/tagging.

Please be aware, working days for this role will be Sunday - Wednesday and requires someone who is happy taking on a physically demanding role standing on their feet for long periods of time.
