A youth-orientated Fashion Brand is looking for an experienced and passionate Creative Lead

You will be responsible for ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Working very closely with your creative peers on the execution of approved ideas.

You will be visualising for store experiences as well as online.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for campaigns, ensuring that all creative outputs align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with the team to create integrated campaigns across various channels.

• Generate innovative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are fresh, engaging and on-brand.

• Oversee the creative process from initial concept development through execution and delivery.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation and creativity.

• Analyse the performance of creative campaigns and use to inform future strategies and creative decisions.

• Present creative concepts and strategies articulating the rationale behind creative choices.

You should be experienced as a Creative Lead. within Client-side or Agency - any background within youth culture across Fashion, lifestyle or Beauty or Sports, would be great

Must have the ability to work with creative agencies, undertake brand partnership campaigns, through to store events, and create brand collateral

The ability to be flexible and able to 'pivot' whilst keeping campaigns on track and within budgets is key
