You will be working in the Manufacturing/Sustainability Division; any experience within Manufacturing and/or Production would be beneficial.

As People Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping build high-performing teams and supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will provide coaching, challenge and practical solutions across performance, organisational effectiveness, engagement and change. Working closely with the ER Specialist, you will ensure employee relations matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment law and company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and develop effective people plans.
  • Coach managers on leadership, performance, development and policy application, and how to deal with / coach behavioural issues.
  • Support ER case management, including conduct, performance, attendance and grievance matters.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Support hiring, development, engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Provide HR support for organisational change and team development.
About You:
  • High energy and the ability to work with a high volume caseload.
  • Strong HR generalist experience within a Global organisation who can work strategically as well as 'rolling their sleeves up'.
  • Experience partnering with leaders and influencing stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and ER processes.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in fast-paced or multi-site or production or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
