This is a remote position, and you will only need to go into the Oxfordshire office 3 times a month. We are currently recruiting for a Regional Human Resources Manager EMEA to join an impressive and global company. This position oversees a team of HR Generalists and is responsible for implementing innovative and practical HR strategies that enhance team performance and foster growth. Working closely with leaders, the Regional HR Manager EMEA will turn business goals into actionable people solutions — from talent and performance to engagement and change leadership. This role will also deal in employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent management to deliver a seamless and consistent people experience across the region.

Some Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximising organisational effectiveness, improve performance and ensuring compliance procedures are met.
  • Working across departments to help them align and integrate the strategic capabilities of the company's objectives.
  • Identifying emerging HR challenges and trends - helping to create improvement opportunities.
  • Focusing on HR solutions on organisational outcomes that improve employee and organizational performance and productivity.
  • Resolve any HR requests and challenges as needed.

About You:

  • 8+ years of HR experience with a strong track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Have international HR managerial experience.
  • Fluency in German (preferred but not essential).
  • Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and empathy.
