This is a FTC until August 2027, and will require going into their Oxford office 1/2 days a month. We are recruiting for a Finance Lead to join a luxury automotive company. The position oversees the daily financial and administrative operations for two local entities, ensuring adherence to local regulations while facilitating business support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the month-end closing processes
  • Generating management accounts and reports
  • Collaborating with the Regional Finance Manager to review financial statements
  • Preparing variance analyses and conducting thorough evaluations of costs and expenditures
  • Planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP standards
  • Full accountability for local financial accounting, including timely completion of statutory filings such as VAT and statutory accounts
  • Leading the annual audit processes
  • Assisting the Regional Finance Manager in assessing pricing strategies and profit margins

By maintaining a strong focus on compliance and financial integrity, this position is vital for the overall success and sustainability of the business operations within the local entities.

About you:
