An international company headquartered in London is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of venues, events, and experiential services. The business operates at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce – developing spaces and experiences that redefine how people engage with music, art, and entertainment.

The organization owns and operates a growing portfolio of hybrid venues and service brands designed for both cultural and commercial use. Its venues host a range of activities, from live shows and fashion events to exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate gatherings. Alongside venue operations, its services division provides expertise in event production, entertainment, talent management, staffing, and set fabrication.
The Role
The Marketing Director will shape and execute the marketing vision across both venue and service portfolios. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic insight, creative excellence, and commercial acumen to build impactful brands and drive growth in both B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Travel and Flexibility
Please be aware this role requires a candidate who is happy commuting into the East London office 5 days a week (may be flexibility to 4 days every few weeks).
