We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and digitally obsessed Customer Acquisition Executive to join a fast-growing beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who loves social media, content and online culture — and wants to learn how brands grow online. You don’t need years of experience. What matters most is curiosity, creativity, strong organisation and a genuine passion for content, marketing and digital trends.
You’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social and digital marketing campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google and Amazon, helping our client attract new customers and grow the brand online.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Social & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with launching and monitoring campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google and Amazon
- Help track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support budget tracking and campaign reporting
- Research trends, competitors and new platform opportunities
- Content & Creative Support
- Work with the creative and social teams to identify content that performs well
- Help brainstorm ideas for TikTok, Reels, paid ads and creator content
- Stay up to date with social trends, viral formats and platform updates
- Support testing of different creative ideas, hooks and messaging
- TikTok & Social-First Growth
- Help support TikTok Shop and paid social activity
- Monitor trending sounds, creators and viral content styles
- Identify opportunities to make campaigns feel native and engaging on each platform
- Reporting & Insights
- Help pull together weekly and monthly performance reports
- Learn how to analyse metrics like clicks, engagement, conversion and ROAS
- Use insights to help improve future campaigns and content
- Work closely with eCommerce, Brand, Creative and Social teams
- Support campaign launches, product drops and promotional activity
- Build relationships with agencies, creators and platform partners where relevant
Preferred Experience
- Any experience with social media, content creation, marketing or eCommerce (personal projects count!)
- Used platforms like TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify or Canva before
- An interest in beauty, haircare or consumer brands
- Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram
