We are recruiting for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a premium fashion brand in their London team.
Please note this is a 4-6 month FTC with potential to be extended/go perm.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the brands retail store network, partnering closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and key stakeholders to attract and select high-quality candidates.
What You Will Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail vacancies across the store network, from candidate attraction through to offer acceptance.
Partner closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Recruit across a range of retail positions, from Sales Assistants and Supervisors through to Store Management, including volume, seasonal and hard-to-fill vacancies.
Build strong candidate pipelines through Linked In, job boards, referrals, careers fairs and local outreach initiatives.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely, professional communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate recruitment activity within the ATS and use recruitment data and insights to monitor performance and improve hiring strategies.
