This is a 3 - 6 month Fixed Term Contract for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to progress your career within a luxury brand. The role may lead to a contract extension or possibly permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek and engage potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline, mainly working across Central Functions (IT, Finance, Facilities, amongst others).
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
  • Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Job Description Creation: Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and postings that attract suitable candidates.
  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Project and Recruitment Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks related to recruitment projects, ensuring efficient operation within the talent acquisition function, including data analysis and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching and counsel to business partners, demonstrating negotiation and persuasion skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work at pace and deal with changeable priorities.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including stakeholder and candidate management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

The role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, and this will be a FTC on the company's books.
