An amazing and fast moving Fashion Brand are expanding their reach in the UK, US, Germany, and beyond β and they need help to understand customers even more effectively and fuel their next wave of growth. You will collect rich data on what their customers love, buy, and come back for. Youβll help transform this into insight, strategy, and action β driving customer value and business performance across global markets.
Some duties include:
- Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to power smarter forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making using clear, data-driven insights.
- Work closely with the wider Trading Analytics team to diagnose business performance and recommend actionable solutions.
- Identify high-value customer behaviours and attributes, and translate these into strategy-shaping insights.
- Collaborate across teams to share best practices and elevate the role of analytics company-wide.
- Improve and streamline reporting, working with the BI team to build dashboards that are as actionable as they are insightful.
What weβre looking for:
- Proven experience in customer insight, financial planning, or marketing analytics β retail background a bonus.
- Advanced Excel skills, and experience working with SQL (bonus points for Python or R).
- Strong analytical thinking, matched by the ability to communicate complex data simply and effectively.
The office is based near White City/North Action. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
