We’re partnering with an innovative luxury accessories brand to find a highly analytical and technically driven CRM Systems & Integration Specialist to join their growing London team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of CRM architecture, customer experience, data strategy, and commercial growth. You won’t simply manage the CRM ecosystem, you’ll shape and scale it.
Working closely with the Head of CRM, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Email teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in building seamless omnichannel customer journeys powered by clean, intelligent, and automated data.
Overview- Support to the Head of CRM: You'll provide the technical infrastructure and data integrity needed to execute a global luxury strategy.
- To the Sales Team: You'll optimise the CRM to ensure their sales associates have real-time insights into client preferences and purchase history.
- To the Digital Team: You'll support the Marketing Manager and Email Specialist by building complex technical segmentations and ensuring the MAP (Marketing Automation Platforms) are perfectly synced with the master database.
- Luxury Sensitivity: You'll understand that 'automation' in luxury must feel human. You'll build systems that empower our staff rather than replace the personal touch.
- Systems Architecture: Lead the technical configuration of our CRM, including custom platforms, advanced workflows, and future API integrations with third-party tools.
- Omnichannel Integration: Ensure data flows seamlessly across all touchpoints - social, web, email, and sales calls - to provide a 360-degree view of the customer.
- Data Strategy & Hygiene: Acting as the data gatekeeper. You will build the logic for help lead scoring, touchpoint analysis, and automated data cleansing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build dashboards and automation that help sales teams prioritise the right leads at the right time.
- Digital/Email: Set up the technical triggers and complex audience segmentation that allow the Digital Marketing to execute high-performing campaigns; ensuring automated lifecycle flows (anniversaries, birthdays, high-tier triggers) function without error.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for system bugs, sync errors between platforms, and tracking issues.
- Data Governance & Privacy: Maintain the highest standards of data hygiene and GDPR/privacy compliance, recognising that discretion is the cornerstone of our brand.
- Performance Analytics: Build the underlying reporting structures that allow the Heads of Departments to see ROI across different channels.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM retail operations, POS, marketing technology, dashboard creation and/or systems administration.
- Data fluent: High proficiency in Excel/Sheets is required; Proficient in SQL, HTML/CSS (for email troubleshooting).
- Experience with advanced CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Sage, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Power BI, Shopify).
- Proven track record of managing data migrations or complex system audits.
- An architect mindset: You don't just fix problems; you build scalable systems that prevent them.
- Integration expert: Proven experience connecting CRMs with marketing automation platforms (MAP), or ERPs via integrations tools.
- Omnichannel experience: Understanding of how CRM data interacts with paid media (custom audiences) and web analytics.
This role will be Monday-Friday in the central London office and the company are offering a competitive salary + great benefits.
