We are recruiting for an experienced luxury Client Advisor to join a fast-growing fine jewellery brand, who have recently opened their first flagship boutique in West London. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand—providing an exceptional client experience rooted in elegance, discretion, and personal connection. You will guide customers through a journey of craftsmanship and beauty, helping them select timeless pieces and celebrate life’s most special moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience aligning with both luxury and brand standards.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, styling advice, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of fine jewellery and brand storytelling.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
