This role will be based in their Woking office. This role offers hybrid working (4 days in the office and 1 from home).
We are currently recruiting for a People & Culture Advisor to join a luxury and renowned brand. This will be a 9-12 month FTC working closely with the Manufacturing and Operations team. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, premium experience for all stakeholders.
Some responsibilities:
- Lead and resolve all employee relations matters as the first line (disciplinary, grievance, attendance, probation) in line with company policies and employment law, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on complex cases.
- Provide accurate, commercially aware employment law advice and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
- Partner with managers to embed HR processes and policies across the business, driving cultural development and engagement.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
About you:
- Ability to start within a month.
- Strong understanding of generalist HR operations, including employee relations and recruitment.
- Ability to provide solutions-focused HR advice grounded in sound knowledge of employment law, best practice, and commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with Training and Development processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of ER issues and navigating performance management procedures effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
