Legacy London Recruitment has been exclusively retained to conduct a private and confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer with a leading UK-based retail brand. The role will be based between the North of England, Scotland and will be hybrid.

This transformational role will shape the financial strategy of a multi-channel retail business at a pivotal stage of evolution, driving operational excellence, value creation, and sustainable growth across the UK and Ireland.

The CFO will lead a high-performing finance team, partner with senior leadership to refine business models and investment priorities, and oversee programmes enhancing efficiency, profitability, and capital allocation.

Combining strategic insight with hands-on leadership, this role requires a commercially astute finance executive capable of guiding the organisation through ongoing transformation and long-term performance improvement. The role will sit on the Board and offers autonomy to manage, grow and transform the financial wellbeing of the Brand.
