The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

This is a great opportunity to progress your BD career with Licensing and Partnerships within a Global, Luxury Brand. The role will be hybrid, in terms of WFH and client visits - occasionally you will be office based (either Surrey or Oxfordshire).

Are you commercially driven, analytical, and excited by strategic partnerships? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help identify, evaluate, and deliver high-impact licensing and joint venture opportunities. Working closely with the Business Development Director, you’ll play a key role in turning strategy into successful commercial partnerships — from market analysis and financial modelling through to deal execution and ongoing partner performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and assess new licensing partners
  • Conduct market research, partner evaluation, and commercial analysis
  • Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases
  • Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Tax, and Operations
  • Support due diligence and partnership governance
  • Track deal performance, KPIs, and strategic outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business development, corporate development, consulting, or licensing and partnerships
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Exposure to partnerships, licensing, JVs, or M&A is desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised
