Recruitment Account Manager at Legacy London
This is an amazing opportunity to join an established creative agency, who have built a reputation for curating and championing exceptional creatives – from Stylists and Photographers to Hair and Makeup artists. As their roster continues to grow, they\’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and imaginative Agent to join their London team – someone who knows the industry inside out, but can also think outside the box and shape the next chapter of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and manage a roster of leading artists, as well as recruit additional artists to achieve annual growth as determined by the manager
- Think creatively and strategically to position talent in an innovative and forward-thinking way – identifying and securing exciting opportunities for artists across fashion, beauty, editorial, campaigns, digital platforms and new unexpected avenues
- Guide and support artists in shaping their long-term careers while balancing day-to-day representation
- Negotiate contracts, fees, job estimates and budgets with confidence and commercial awareness
- Assist artists with production – coordinating travel arrangements and logistics etc.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with all stakeholders, as well as build a nurture a strong network of production teams, brands and clients that artists can work with
Required Skillset/Experience:
- Proven 3+ years experience as an Agent (or similar role) within the fashion, beauty, editorial and advertising industries
- You\’ll have a strong, established network of clients, brands, and industry contacts
- You\’ll have a strong understanding of the emerging market and identification of new talent
- You\’ll be an entrepreneurial, motivated and goal-orientated individual
- You\’ll be an excellent communicator and negotiator with sharp commercial instincts
- You are organised, resilient, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease
- Above all, passionate about creativity and championing talent
