Global Museum / Gallery, with exhibition spaces in the US, Europe and Asia is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join the finance team in London.
Key elements of role:
- Oversee the AP function and expenses reporting
- Maintain and update supplier ledger accounts
- Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers regarding any information needed
- Responsible for month end payment process
- Apply internal checks relating to new suppliers and bank details
- Process and review monthly expenses reports
- Participate in the continued automation of the finance systems to create a fully integrated infrastructure
Key requirements of role:
- Experience in an accounts payable team within a dynamic industry
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable (but not necessary)
- Experience of implementing changes in automated processes
- Knowledge of VAT
- Ability to organise and prioritise duties
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small team within a fast-paced environment
