Overview: Front of House/Sales Advisor | Penarth Leisure Centre, 36.5 hours per week. This is an outstanding career opportunity with a not-for-profit charitable organisation committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers/members in person and over the telephone.
- Operate Front of House computer systems including bookings and process payments for all point of sale products.
- Assist with enrolment of new Swimming Lessons and Gym Memberships in line with company procedures.
- Create excellent customer relations; maintain basic computer skills as essential requirements.
- Work to generate sales and help hit targets where applicable.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable with good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Polite, enthusiastic, friendly with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in generating sales and hitting targets desirable.
