There is an emphasis on improving the customer experience and consistently enhancing usage of the facilities. This role will be focused on keeping the facilities operational and looking for ways to improve the current site standards.
Primary objectives for the Maintenance Team Members will be:

You should be comfortable with general maintenance of large buildings and management of a help desk function to support site maintenance. A good understanding of Pool plant rooms (course provided) and H&S would be desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

Hours will be Monday to Friday but CIP does have events on weekends during the year and on occasion you would be expected to support.
Although this role is advertised as a full-time post, we would consider part-time hours should applicants wish to consider this as an option.
