As our London team continues to expand, we are opening an entry level opportunity within face to face marketing for someone who values learning through action rather than theory alone. You will be working across busy campaign environments, venues, and promotional spaces, engaging directly with customers and representing brands through confident and professional conversation. This is a people focused environment where each day brings new interactions, new challenges, and genuine development.
From the beginning, the focus is on hands on learning. Daily coaching, structured workshops, and real time guidance from experienced team leaders provide the foundation for continuous growth. Through live campaign exposure alongside structured development, you will build communication skills, resilience, and the confidence to guide conversations naturally from introduction through to outcome.
Your day to day activity will include engaging customers face to face, representing client brands clearly, and contributing towards both individual and team performance goals. Campaign travel across the UK may also be available, offering additional experience and team collaboration opportunities.
This opportunity tends to suit someone who enjoys conversation, thrives in a fast paced setting, and prefers measurable progression over repetitive routine.
What is offered includes uncapped, performance based earnings alongside consistent mentoring and daily development sessions. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and focused on recognising effort while rewarding progress through results. Many within the team regularly surpass the expected OTE through consistent performance.
This opportunity operates on a self employed basis with an uncapped commission structure, giving you direct influence over your earning potential. Many people value the flexibility, independence, and personal growth this model encourages.
We are currently expanding our London team and reviewing applications on a daily basis, with shortlisted applicants typically contacted within 48 hours.
