What You’ll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee, you’ll learn the foundations of direct customer acquisition through real conversations and structured coaching.

Your journey begins with mastering the core sales process, speaking to customers, understanding their needs, and building trust through clear communication.

From there, you’ll progress into leadership roles through performance, not seniority.

Key responsibilities include

• Engaging directly with customers, building rapport and introducing tailored solutions.
