Legacy Coop in Gordon is looking for a full‑time Feed Mill Operator/Technician.
The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the feed mill equipment to ensure efficient production of high‑quality animal feed.
The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, teamwork, and attention to detail to meet production goals and regulatory requirements.

Duties Include But Not Limited To
- Operate, monitor, and adjust feed mill equipment to produce feed according to specifications
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure feed meets standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and report mechanical or operational problems
- All other duties as assigned
Education, Skills, And Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in feed mill operations, manufacturing, or a similar environment not required but a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to dust and noise.
