Legacie Group is currently recruiting for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager who is looking for an opportunity to build a career with one of the largest independent property developers in the north west.
The Assistant Site Manager assists in the daily management and operation of the assigned site, ensuring programs, services, and activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with organizational policies.
This role provides administrative, operational, and supervisory support while allowing the graduate assistant to develop leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily operation and administration of the assigned site.
Supervise staff, student employees, volunteers, or participants as directed.
Help coordinate schedules, events, and site activities.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Maintain accurate records, reports, attendance, and documentation.
Respond professionally to inquiries, concerns, and incidents involving participants or visitors.
Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff when required.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and stakeholders.
Participate in meetings, professional development, and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Admission to or enrollment in an accredited graduate degree program.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
