Lefties is a part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home. Fashion is what we sell. How we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success. As Lefties expands in the UK, we’re building teams who thrive on pace, purpose and customer-first retail.

As a Section Manager, you are a commercial leader for your area of the store. You own department performance day-to-day — driving sales through product, standards and customer experience, while developing a high-performing team that can deliver at speed. This role is more commercially focused, so you’ll spend a lot of time analysing results, reacting fast to what customers are buying, and translating insight into clear priorities for the team on the shopfloor.

This role is for you if you…

  • Are commercially sharp and love turning product and KPIs into action
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Lead with emotional intelligence, a positive mindset and clear communication
  • Are reliable, organised and strong at managing time and priorities
  • Are adaptable — you respond quickly to change and keep the team focused
  • Are customer-led and believe great service drives great results
  • Are resilient and ambitious, always looking to improve and progress

What you’ll do:

  • Own the commercial performance of your section, driving sales, conversion and productivity
  • Monitor and analyse sales and product data, taking daily action to improve results
  • Set priorities for the team based on KPIs, stock and customer demand
  • Deliver strong product presentation and standards across your area (availability, flow, replenishment)
  • Coach, motivate and develop your team to perform confidently at pace
  • Support store operations and routines, ensuring execution is consistent and efficient
  • Create a welcoming, engaging experience across every customer touchpoint
  • Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands
  • 28 days holiday allowance
  • Company pension scheme
  • The “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts

At Inditex, internal talent is our greatest asset. We offer clear progression opportunities, continuous learning through training and e-learning, and the chance to contribute to social and sustainability projects that make a real difference. We are committed to creating a recruitment process that is inclusive and accessible to everyone. Adjustments are available for candidates with disabilities or long-term conditions.
