How we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success. As Lefties expands in the UK, we’re building teams who thrive on pace, purpose and customer-first retail.

As a Section Manager, you are a commercial leader for your area of the store. You own department performance day-to-day — driving sales through product, standards and customer experience, while developing a high-performing team that can deliver at speed. This role is more commercially focused, so you’ll spend a lot of time analysing results, reacting fast to what customers are buying, and translating insight into clear priorities for the team on the shopfloor.

  • Lead with emotional intelligence, a positive mindset and clear communication
  • Are customer-led and believe great service drives great results
  • Own the commercial performance of your section, driving sales, conversion and productivity
  • Monitor and analyse sales and product data, taking daily action to improve results
  • Deliver strong product presentation and standards across your area (availability, flow, replenishment)
  • Support store operations and routines, ensuring execution is consistent and efficient

Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.

At Inditex, internal talent is our greatest asset. We offer clear progression opportunities, continuous learning through training and e-learning, and the chance to contribute to social and sustainability projects that make a real difference.
