The Role

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Gardener to join our team at Leez Priory, a stunning Tudor manor set within beautiful Essex countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in outdoor spaces and wants to play a key role in ensuring our grounds look exceptional for every wedding and event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the gardens and grounds to an exceptional standard year-round
  • Lawn care, planting, pruning, and creating seasonal displays
  • Ensuring all outdoor areas are immaculate and presentation-ready for weddings
  • General upkeep of pathways, water features, and outdoor areas
  • Supporting grounds improvement projects
  • Working closely with the wider venue team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous gardening or groundskeeping experience (preferred)
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards
  • A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
