Position Summary
The Vehicle Wash Staff is responsible for ensuring company vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and prepared for safe and professional operation.
This position supports fleet appearance standards by performing interior and exterior cleaning, detailing, and general upkeep of company vehicles.
Responsibilities include washing, vacuuming, sanitizing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure a clean and positive experience for passengers and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash and clean the exterior of buses, vans, shuttles, and other fleet vehicles.
- Vacuum, sweep, and clean vehicle interiors.
- Wipe down seats, walls, handrails, dashboards, and driver compartments.
- Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and step wells.
- Remove trash and debris from vehicles.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and passenger areas.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report damage or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain wash bay equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Follow company safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
- Assist with vehicle detailing and special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Safe driving record.
- Desired Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Must Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Test
