The Specialist, Training Delivery plays a critical frontline role in supporting core operational system deployments by executing standardized, tactical training deliverables. This role provides structure, empathy, and accountability to the end-user learning experience while ensuring regional operations are equipped to confidently operate newly deployed systems.
