Main duties of the job:
- Provide direct patient care, including conducting physical examinations and assessments (QOF/PCIS)
- Administer vaccinations for adults and children; assist with other medical interventions
- Cytology – well experienced in smear taking
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document patient information accurately
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and self‑care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent patient‑care skills and ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
