The cashier/stocker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the store remains well stocked and organized. The cashier/stocker will handle cash register operations, assist customers with purchases, verify IDs for alcohol sales, and help maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment.

Job Description:
- Following Company's Customer Relations Philosophy. Paying whole attention to the customer's needs first and secondary tasks can wait.
- Understand and comply with management's directions and guidelines within the guidelines of the company's policy and procedures.
- Apprise store management of all sales, cash and/or operational discrepancies.
- Prepare shift-change report at completion of shift and minimise cashier's errors.
- Accurately post all markups, markdowns, store use of merchandise, voids, and bad merchandise write offs.
- Advise management of any situations or policy violations that have an adverse effect on the store's operating performance, including maintenance problems.
- Keep coolers and merchandise shelves fully stocked and always fronted.
- Able to lift 20-50lbs at any given time.
- Stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Properly clean and maintain equipment, floors, and restrooms. Make sure the register area is clean, free of any personal belongings, displays are unblocked, operable and pointed at the customer.
- Adhere to all cities, county, state, and federal regulations.
- Use up-selling techniques and properly up-sell products that complement customer purchases.
- Understand that customers are the reason we are in business and treat them with excellent services and pleasant greetings and smiles before and after the transaction checkouts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 21 years of age or older to be cashier.
- 18 years of age or older to be stocker.
- Be able to obtain a TAM and Health Card.
- Be able to obtain a Non-Gaming Card in some locations.
- Pass Drug Screen and Background Check.
