Lees Brook Academy, part of Archway Learning Trust, is seeking a self‑driven, compassionate, and committed Safeguarding Lead to join our dedicated Inclusion Team. This is more than a role—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact in a school that places care, inclusion, and student wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Working closely with our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Targeted Support Lead (TSL), and wider Inclusion Team, you’ll be a key figure in shaping a safe and supportive environment for every student. You’ll help embed safeguarding into the culture of the academy, ensuring all staff are empowered with the knowledge and confidence to protect and nurture our diverse cohort.
Qualifications
- Has a strong working knowledge of CPOMS and safeguarding protocols.
- Can confidently manage and monitor caseloads, working directly with students and families.
- Understands the impact of trauma and is skilled in building trust and relationships.
- Has experience in multi‑agency working and can act as a key worker for complex cases.
